Shake Off Micro-Stress

This tip works as a fast physical discharge that clears micro-stress before it turns into a mood.

How to Do It

  1. Stand or sit with your feet stable.
  2. Let your arms, wrists, and shoulders loosen.
  3. Shake your hands gently, like water droplets falling off.
  4. Add a soft bounce through your knees.
  5. Continue for 5–10 seconds until you feel a little warmth or lightness.

Why It Works

Micro-stress often hides in micro-tensions.
Shaking interrupts the body’s “hold” pattern and signals the nervous system that the moment is safe again.
